“Sebastian Chira of VTP Engineering provided us with structural reports in relation to a number of unauthorised building works on our property. Sebastian was very prompt and efficient. He carried out a thorough inspection and provided a report very quickly which he later was happy to split into 2 separate reports for our purposes. He was available to discuss the contents of his reports and willing to add other options for remedial work that were discussed after the reports had been prepared. Thereafter Sebastian made himself available at varying stages of the remedial work to provide advice and suggestions to assist with meeting Council requirements. I am happy to recommend his services.”
